Registration Refund Policy:

Full refunds of conference registration fees will be granted in response to written requests received prior to January 31, 2018. A refund less $125 will be granted to written requests received between February 1, 2018 and February 14, 2017. No refunds will be granted after February 15, 2018, except, after written request, in the case of a medical emergency or death in the family (refunds granted may be subject to any off-set for costs already incurred)
