 PLEASE NOTE: The above fees do NOT include a hard copy (printed material) of the conference program. The above fees do include an electronic download of the materials. Anyone wishing a hard copy (printed material) will need to add an additional $50 to the above registration fee for each additional hard copy of the conference material. Hard copies of the printed material will only be available, if you register and order prior to January 11, 2013.

Registration Refund Policy:

Full refunds of conference registration fees will be granted in response to written requests received prior to January 10, 2013. A refund less $125, will be granted to written requests received between January 11, 2013 and January 25,2013. No refunds will be granted after January 25, 2013 except in the case of a medical emergency or death in the family.
